While most people will have their work computers available, in a pinch you can access your Office 365 services from any internet connected computer by going to office.com and logging in with your email/window login password. You can gain access to Outlook email, Teams, OneDrive, web versions of common office apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) through web browser.
Cloud based services like, office.com, salesforce, MYOB Adv, Workbench, etc can be used on any computer with internet connection. (no VPN or special instructions required)

Microsoft Teams should already be installed on your work computer. If not, you can download and install from here: https://teams.microsoft.com
Most people have used it already; come see me for a quick run-down if you are unfamiliar with using it. It’s expected that Teams will be turned on and available while you are working remotely. It can be used for chat messages, group conversations (text), voice/video calls (1 to 1 and groups). Some groups may also be formed to share specific files that do not reside on TMC server.
VPN connection can be used to remotely access files and other resources located on TMC Brisbane servers.
The quality and usability of file access across the VPN will depend on many factors, mainly the speed/quality of your internet connection, and how many other people are currently using the same VPN. There are 3 available, please choose one at random.
If you are working on large files, it may be preferable to copy the file to your local computer and work from that. Please ensure you re-upload the file when complete, trying to avoid concurrency issues or overwriting changes that occur while multiple people work on same file.

Connect to VPN and perform as normal. If problems occur due to remote work/connection speed, then do timesheet in excel (template to be provided) and email to Sanjeev or Manny for data entry.
Some adjustments may be required to working digitally from home. If you have access to a scanner at home feel free to use that if you need, otherwise preference is to keep all documents digital where possible.
A range of PDF readers/editors are available to help with this – one that may be useful for marking up PDF drawings is Xodo PDF reader which can be downloaded for free from the Windows App store. Or Foxit reader which also has decent mark-up capability
